Don't Throw the Skin Away...Healing Anti-Inflammatory & Immune Booster!

The Problem with Junk Food

Consumption of refined, processed foods, or junk food, triggers significant inflammation throughout your body and weakens the flora of probiotics in your colon. This leads to further inflammation and a weakened immune system. It’s important to remember that our overall health begins in the gut. An inflamed and irritated gut can affect other organs and place additional stress on your liver.

Your gut’s microbiome plays a significant role in regulating your metabolism. However, an inflamed gut decreases your ability to absorb the nutrients you need from your food. The foods we consume directly impact the composition and diversity of the bacteria within our gut, which in turn affects our immune system.

An Imbalance in the Gut

Your gut contains a thin wall of cells that act as a barrier, regulating what stays in your intestine and what passes into your bloodstream. Alterations in the gut’s microbial communities can cause immune dysregulation, leading to potential autoimmune problems.

To maintain a healthy gut, monitor your diet, ensuring that the foods and beverages you consume do not disrupt the balance of good and bad bacteria in your gut. Reduce your intake of processed and refined sugars, and increase your consumption of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, proteins, and healthy fats. Regular sleep and exercise can also help to reduce inflammation and strengthen your immune system.

The Magic Elixir

Now, I’m going to show you how to reduce inflammation, boost your immune system, and promote overall health using a pineapple. However, instead of the fruit, we’ll be utilizing the rind and the core.

Here’s what you need to do: After removing the edible portion of the pineapple, save the core and the rind. These parts of the fruit contain bromelain, a compound that helps to keep inflammation at bay.

Combine the pineapple rind and core with some powerful spices such as ginger, known for its potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and cinnamaldehyde and mint, which have powerful anti-inflammatory properties and are beneficial for the digestive system.

Boil these ingredients for 20 minutes, let them sit for 30 minutes, then strain out the solids. You can drink this magical elixir at any time during the day. Feel free to add more cinnamon or ginger to taste.

I challenge you to drink this elixir regularly. You will start to notice changes within days. Not only will this help reduce inflammation in your body, but it will also enhance your overall health.
